As a Resource Manager for Assembly and Service, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management of service, assembly, and installation in the workshop. Your key focus will be ensuring that these processes strictly adhere to established policies and procedures.

Your role involves managing safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency throughout these processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing tools and procedures aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs across both your designated area and the broader company.

Another crucial aspect of the Resource Manager's role is overseeing blue-collar staff. This involves ensuring the effective assembly and service of equipment while upholding high-quality standards and adhering to stipulated timelines, all within a safe working environment.


  • Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and quality standards, consistently advancing processes and procedures in both domains.
  • Conduct individual 1-to-1 sessions and ASRs (Annual Staff Reviews) with our blue-collar workers to foster communication and development.
  • Participate in kick-off meetings and weekly project meetings, ensuring project alignment, progress tracking, and upholding safety and quality standards.
  • Identify emerging needs for further competencies or new skill sets.
  • Track on-time delivery and goal achievement, providing operational support to minimize costs and inventory.
  • Conduct safety walks, address deviations promptly, and implement enhancement measures.
  • Participate in handover meetings to customers/projects to secure quality.
  • Maintain daily progress monitoring and promptly report any project/production deviations.
  • Organize travel arrangements and ensure compliance with country-specific requirements before personnel deployment to project sites.
