Recently, Danske Patruljeskibe K/S was awarded the contract from the Danish Defense for a pre-project on a series of Danish patrol ships. The patrol ships are expected to have a length of 80-90 meters. While there is a mention of 5-6 patrol ships and an order value of around 5 billion DKK, the exact number of ships has not been finalized.
